Safe removal of spent catalyst from reactor vessels using vacuum or dump methods, performed under appropriate confined space and atmospheric monitoring protocols. Catalyst screening is carried out to separate fines and broken catalyst prior to disposal or regeneration, with all spent material handled in compliance with hazardous waste requirements.
Fresh catalyst loading using sock or dense-phase techniques, with target bed density achieved and documented at each lift. Dense loading services maximise catalyst volume per vessel, improving reactor performance and extending run lengths. Our loaders work to defined loading procedures and provide a post-load density profile report upon completion.
Specialist catalyst services for reformer tubes and fixed bed reactors, where loading uniformity and tube integrity are critical. Video inspection services are conducted inside reactor vessels to verify catalyst distribution, identify flow restrictions, assess tray and support conditions, and support pre-shutdown and post-loading quality assurance.
