Controlled removal and reinstallation of heat exchanger tube bundles using purpose-designed extraction systems, with fleet capacities ranging from 25 to 125 tons to handle even the largest industrial units.
Our fleet includes specialised aerial and ground-based bundle pullers with capacities ranging from 25 to 125 tons, ensuring we can handle even the largest industrial heat exchanger units safely and efficiently. Bundle extraction is executed under controlled conditions using purpose-designed systems, with a single trained operator able to carry out the full operation.
We integrate bundle extraction with retubing, tube plugging, and reinsertion activities to deliver a complete turnaround scope under one team, reducing outage duration and eliminating handover risk between contractors. All work complies with environmental and safety requirements, with confined space activities minimised through our controlled extraction methodology.
A complete tube bundle service, controlled extraction, retubing or plugging as required, and precise reinsertion, all under one team.
Controlled removal of heat exchanger tube bundles using purpose-designed aerial and ground-based pullers with a capacity range of 25 to 125 tons. A single trained operator executes the full pull under controlled conditions, eliminating improvised methods that risk tube sheet and shell damage, and significantly reducing confined space work.
Once a bundle is extracted, our team carries out retubing or tube plugging as required by the inspection findings. Failed or leaking tubes can be individually plugged for a fast return to service, or a full retube can be performed using OEM-equivalent replacement tubing, restoring heat transfer performance and extending equipment service life.
After cleaning, inspection, and any required retubing or plugging works, bundles are reinserted with the same precision as the extraction. Guide rings, alignment tools, and controlled hydraulic push ensure correct seating without tube or baffle damage, with the shell flange face inspected and cleaned before final closure.
